Carolina Restoration was a great source of comfort for me after half my home flooded. From start to finish every aspect was handled with expertise. It was immediately evident they knew just what needed to be done. The process of how my home would be restored was thoroughly explained and I received a prompt response to any questions or concerns. My project manager, Corey, was professional, knowledgeable, caring and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Kevin and his team were absolutely fantastic! They provided excellent service and the workmanship was top notch/ quality. Kevin fielded of my questions quickly and promptly and all of his crew members were courteous and professional throughout the entire project. They redid our floors and they are gorgeous! They did everything that we asked for and more and got us back into our home so quickly! They were everything we could possibly ask for. I would highly recommend Caroline restoration services to anyone! I cannot speak enough good things about this crew. I liked everyone so much that I kept all of their cards and will use them again in the future if I need any work done. Excellent service!! Could not be happier with the process or the final product!!

Highly recommended. We had a leak and Carolina Renovation went into action quickly with scheduling our renovation. This included refinishing our floors, painting, hvac and plumbing. Sam Curtis, our project manager, was amazing to work with. Very communicative and thorough. His team was very professional and we are pleased with the work that was done. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience.

Carolina Restoration Services is such a wonderful company to work with. They were recommended by my insurance adjuster and I'm so happy I worked with them on my bedroom floor replacement. I had water damage from a neighbor's water heater leak and needed my master bedroom and closet flooring replaced. I had the most pleasant process with Carolina Restoration. They were very professional, timely, kind, and knowledgeable. I got to pick my flooring from a large variety of samples and the process with my insurance company was handled so smoothly. The flooring crew did such a beautiful job and were very kind and accommodating. They finished the project in a day and my bedroom was back in place and more than I could've hoped for! Truly a pleasant and professional experience. Thank you all so much! Especially project manager Derrick who helped me every step of the way!

Here’s your sign to hire Carolina Restoration Services for ALL of your restoration needs - you won’t regret it!! We had a pipe leak that started in a closet and quickly turned into far more work than we ever expected. What began as a small issue became a full first-floor restoration — new flooring throughout, drywall replacement, painting, and new trim. Needless to say, it was a much bigger project than we were prepared for. We initially hired another restoration company and spent over a month struggling to get updates and track down invoices. They even told us we didn’t need to replace our bedroom carpet — but when Carolina Restoration took over, they immediately recommended replacing it to properly mitigate the risk of mold. We are SO thankful they did. That level of attention and care made all the difference!! From day one, the Carolina Restoration team made the entire process seamless and organized. Our project manager, Sam, was personable, knowledgeable, and truly put us at ease throughout. They coordinated with ANS Painting Company, and Alex and his team went above and beyond — not only repainting walls beautifully but even painting our baseboards to match our kitchen cabin
